Responsible for all bureaucratic processes regarding employees; e.g.: hiring, salary payment, vacation, 13th salary, etc.

The main services provided include:

  • Advising and controlling of the application of the precepts of the Consolidation of Labor Laws, as well as those relating to Social Security, PIS, FGTS and others applicable to the employment relationship maintained by the Entity, such as Collective Bargaining Conventions;
  • Maintenance of employee records and related services;
  • Preparation of Employee Payroll, as well as its payment forms for Social Security contributions and related taxation;
  • Compliance with other requirements set out in the legislation, including the E-SOCIAL.
  • Preparation and monitoring of Ancillary Obligations: GFIP, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, Individual and Corporate Income Reports as well as Wage Compensation for Corporate Officers, etc.
  • Support and follow-up of contract terminations approvals by the labor unions or DRT.
